The NDA from Dec 2007 between J3 and TPL/Patriot.

Is it possible that the J3 paied an x-amount of money and this money is deposed on a special account of the Texas-court under supervision of Judge Ward ? If yes, it had not to be disclosed in the recent Q3.

They stated " all parties are happy with the agreement under an NDA "

Now, I strong believe, all depends on the PTO reex-outcome, when and how much from this amount of money will come to PDS. all depending on the special arrangements between the parties.

So Judge Ward rules the money for the moment. Ptsc payed the Attorneys fees, and they are finished in Texas,waiting on the USPTO result.

I'm quite sure RG knows how much money is waiting, and the whole Bod knows that there will be an answer within a couple of months from the USPTO, but they can't disclose because they don't posses it.

RG has to look for an M/A,as soon as possible. When he knows definitive, that the money comes from Teexas than he will come in action and make a debt at the Bank because of tax profits.
