gcduck - Yes, this is most certainly about a huge amount of money... money that TPL wants all to itself. IMO they (TPL) are starving PTSC by giving away the MMP, and I'd be willing to bet the "business resolution" was to THEIR benefit, and theirs alone. One only has to look at recent history, the Sony debacle, to conclude this. What irks me, and this may be where deception comes into play, is why the statement from PATRIOT as well as TPL that they (all parties) were "pleased" with the "business resolution". If PTSC was pleased, and all we get is what was contained in the 10Q, then someone needs to see the inside of a jail cell. If I were the CEO of Patriot, and I issued a statement that I was "pleased " with what we apparently got, I'd look for the nearest ticket out of the country. Maybe that's why Turley resigned so abruptly. Hmm.....
