I try to put myself in the position of PTSC's management when making the decision of the ARS investment.

I have to ask myself why and how I could jusify placing most of the company's cash in this type (ARS) investment when cash is king and my growth plan included M/A for the near term. I would not want to tie up my cash and cripple my operating capabilities., therefore, I would (could) only invest in the event that I knew, without a doubt, that I had additional revenue on the horizon.

The only logical conclusion that I can possibly draw is that....PTSC's management knew that there would be additional revenue in store and therefore, justifying the ARS investment.

Recurring revenues in the form of royalties??? Time will tell.
