I got to tell ya, I think people are making way to much of this.  I just don't believe the guy would be that stupid.  You've just been through one of the biggest legal battles in your companies history and you accidentally spill the beans?  I still believe his statement was a factual one based on the revenue generated from the previous years not to mention any upcoming licenses he knew about at that time, unrelated to the settlement.  Most certainly he would be within his right to make such a statement based on historical facts.  If that's the way PTSC plans on communicating with us than we really are in trouble.  I don't have time to figure out  secret codes and innuendos.  This is a damn investment not the movie, Windtalkers.  Tucci this isn't directed at you, just speaking towards the topic.
