i am upset at all that has transpired so my tone is negative and i appologize to those that want to continue to try and find the pony in a room full of crap. it is true that there is some panic selling but it is also true that the realities of what the corporate directors of this company have done are now very visible to the investor. why would any retail investor invest in a company where the companies BOD is not looking out for the share holder and the share price. we have been in decline mode for 2 years now after the issuing of the dividends and the sony deal came to light. We are in free fall now because of a J3 settlement and NDA that apparently may only benefit TPL. PTSC can report net income in the millions but they have not a clue what to do with the wind fall and they have proven this over and and over again.

RG please remove the BOD and attempt to salvage the company. Per the master agreement with TPL, PTSC has the right to be involved in the MMP and the information release to the public. RG we need help here.

sorry to all for being so negative and i do not believe a post on this message board will affect the share price or a new investors perception of the company. All they need to do is read Duttons public report on the company.....teremoto
