I bought into the patents.  Nothing I have seen or read has made me change my mind about them.

Brian might be the perfect person to fill a board seat, but I just don't know anything about him other than that he is a shareholder and lawyer.

What experience has he had in M&A, merchant banking, or running a potential Nasdaq-listed company, for example?

If he has the experience, then I see no reason for not supporting him, but I want to know before throwing my weight behind the proposal, if he does.
