Excellent post! I have never sent in a proposal to a compny before. I assume that we can download all of the forms that we need from the SEC website. Have any of you sent in proposals before, and if so, how did you do it? The time is getting short for us to get them in and we need to educate ourselves on the process and perhaps set up a "What to do" page that outlines te exact process so that we can let members on other boards know also.
