How would you like to fill the second vacant board seat? We need competant people representing the best interest of shareholders on the BOD. Brian and you have great common sence and wisdom most investors respect. You are proven leaders and that is the right stuff for the people we need to help make good decisions for the future of PTSC and the shareholders. If we need additional expertise on the BOD then we need to vacate other seats filled by the people that ran PTSC into the ground in the late 90's and seem to want to keep PTSC a penny stock while enriching themselves. We the shareholders own PTSC. It's our company we should have a voice in who runs it.
