You're right Joda, that is our problem, "We have no clue!" The company may or may not be doing something good for us. But we don't know that because, "We have no clue!" We got blindsided during the Texas settlement. We got blindsided on the quarterly.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I'm tired of being clueless. I don't have a degree in business, but I do have common sense. And my common sense tells me that the BOD does not have my best interests in mind.

By the way Joda, I give you big kudos on this board. But we've all seen many a CEO with an MBA run a company into the ground and/or line their own pockets. Having that MBA and/or being a CEO doesn't make them right.
