yes...and to accept options on top of options over the years.  I'm sure many here will not appreciate my blood letting but after owning shares for over 10+ years now and watching very little BOD success, I feel that I'm more then entitled to let my feelings known.

Just remember, if it weren't for David Pohl and the deal he (& others) struck with TPL, the BOD would have drifted aimlessly into the future.  It's time for a shake up.  Many of us tried a few years back to seat Brian but to no avail due mostly because of the voting power block of Swartz.

Can we change this company for the better?  I certainly hope so...in the meantime IMHO a complete house cleaning is in order.
