With Judge Ward still involved with this case could the J"S have paid the money's we reported as prejudgement interest payments. they get to use the patents and then settle when the Uspto make their rulings. HENCE THE TERM BUSINESS RESOLUTION.

The wording changed in this press release compared to all previus lic. deals. JMHO
