pole in our tent is the USPTO review. I do not know if any settlement monies from Texas are being held in abeyance - we have been told that they are not. I do not know if any monies from PDS are being held in abeyance - to my knowledge no one has said one way or another. We do know that we did not recieve money for I believe 5 licenses. Was that money held pending USPTO or for some other reason - don't know. My point is: Let's not get the wild speculation going again. It only fuels disappointment and bad decision making. Everyday we are one day closer to getting an answer from the USPTO. In my view that decision, and only that decision, is going to signal success or failure. As Mike pointed out this AM, the current Supreme Court case could affect our revenue stream with down-stream manufactures, but the PTO is going to determine if we have a revenue stream period. These are, and have been, my thoughts for quite some time. Sorry if you are getting tired of reading them, but I hate to see my cyber friends get hurt by not being rational in their thinking and decision making.
