I have felt the same as you.....BUT... this whole material / inside buying item... the company has either made remarks that are untrue...or we got little or nothing... for me it is that black & white.... They make a statement insiders cannot trade until the 10Q... it comes out with earning well beow expectations... if more is coming.... the trade restrictions must continue... The thing is the company made the statement about the restriction... if they made no comment they would be ok.....This is all IMHO

Materail events are events that will effect the buying or selling of a stock ... postive or negative.......
