The article that Milestone posted a few days ago is not representative of PTSC's situation

 

I posted an article about ARS which also indicated that Congress was attempting to provide liquidity to the system. If the system becomes more liquid, fewer auctions will fail and PTSC's situation will improve, in my opinion.
