Resolved dispute and granted rights question.....

After reading the press release on PTSC's website regarding the December settlement the headline reads TPL, Toshiba, Matsushita and JVC resolved a microproscessor dispute but the the body of the text reads that TPL and PTSC granted MMP rights to only NEC America and subsidiaries. Does this mean that Toshiba, Matsushita and JVC resolved a separate dispute with TPL that doesn't include the MMP and that NEC is the only company that was granted MMP rights by TPL and PTSC?
