This is a true very true statement...

I early stated we either got little or nothing or they are violating insider trade rule... But thier is  a 3rd option (may not be likely)... Maybe the PTSC management has no idea what the settlements are... the insider trade policy was put in place only to remove the appearence of insdier knowledge... now this also has holes in it... but Your above true statement leaves me trying to figure out what is going on......
