We dont know the individual situation of each BOD. Gloria may have had some extra cash to invest..... maybe she/others are tied into other investments that have gone down (doesnt want to exit with a loss)...etc.......

We have seen 2 out of pocket purchases in the past few months.... I am happy with that... other BOD of other companies...just depend on stock options..etc...
