someone can figure out or factually explain why on both the Patriot corporate web site and the hawk/ptsc web sites three licensee's are missing from the publicized list of licensee's. The missing names just happen to be the companies from our J lawsuit that apparently was settled on Dec 12, 2007.

Toshbia, Matsushita (Panasonic) and JVC

I realize that some on this board might explain the absence of these corporate names as just something that the web masters have not gotten around to list yet. However, license's granted after the settlement to such firms as Humax, Mattel, Citizen, Emerson, Tokyo Electronics, Psion and DirecTV are on both web sites.

If anybody out in Agora land can tell me exactly why these names are missing then I would appreciate it. If nobody knows what the actual and factual reason is then I think the company NDA or not deserves to tell us. If this situation has already been discussed and clarified I apologize for missing the explanation.

Just my opinion and I bet I have missed something.
