This highlights another item that troubles me greatly: why does this release, and the 10Q also, say that the rights were granted only by TPL? Should not PTSC also be mentioned as a grantor, as it is a 50% owner of the patents? I would otherwise not be concerned except that PTSC is specifically mentioned in the introductory sentence of this paragraph.
