What you wrote back in December makes sense yet...... and however....in the financial release by the company on the 9th of April it is noted that there are now over 40 licensee's. Not grantee's but licensee's. Just as in the email from Ken in which he writes to me that ....

As you have noted, the Company has excluded certain companies from this list which include the names you mention; If you include those names, the number exceeds 40. Patriot has excluded those names in consideration of confidentiality obligations.

So if the three were granted rights in December w/o compenstation as you speculate (boggles ones mind that they would do that) then why did they, do they, include the J's in the 40 license holders on 4/9/08 or would if they could based on the fact that they can't due to the confidentiality obligation which we now hear on 4/16/08.
