Jim Turley purchase/sale?

This is just a thought that came to me. How long does someone who leaves the board ( being an insider ) have to wait to be able to buy shares? I'm not saying JT is buying, just wondering if he now could buy. Or does he have to wait 30 days or 1 year from his departure? Additionally, how long does someone have to wait to sell?
