Do you seriously believe that ALL licensees subsequent to the Texas settlement had no legal representation, and were therefore unaware of the LG/Quanta case?
TPL was working on some license deals and therefore they did not want any potential licensee to know the results of the J3 deal or wake them up in regards to the effect the Supreme Court issue would have on the sale of the MMP licenses.
Forgive me if I don't take your arguments or opinions seriously.
