Yaz - I think your statment above is incorrect. Not trying to be a skunk at your lawn party but if the resolution was "so big" as you state, the CEO would know about it - and if he knew about, he would not be permitted to buy 200,000 shares. This I KNOW!

If the matter is yet to be resolved eg ARM it is anyone's guess as to the resolution and as such he would be permitted to buy. This I KNOW! (smiley)
