Thank you for giving my post some thought.

I think I did address "the flurry" in one of my prior posts. Coincidently, I did address it in an email to a fellow shareholder earlier today, where I said:

"My guess: They're sandbagging awaiting an event that
will reveal the true value of the MMP, then go nuts.

I KNOW, too simplistic. But then think about the T3.
Keep in mind that I also think some of the (Feb)
licensees are also contingency deals (to disguise...).
In other words IMO the licensing for cash on the
barrelhead stopped as soon as they (PTSC and, more
importantly, TPL) had enough cash on hand to support
operations until "the event".

Did I just open the door to a "blind" mathematical
exercise? (TPL's money needs, and when they'll run
out)."

Next (as the font magically changes), I don't believe there is an "appeals" mechanism for a re-exam other than by the patent holder (i.e., IMO, if we "win", the "accuser" has no recourse).

'148 and '336. IMO, since the '148 refers to the '336 in its claims, and since both patents are being re-examined by the same person, a result on the '148 will come with a result on the '336. IMO, they are not severable. Corrections welcomed.

I doubt there is a date certain for completion of the re-exam. However, as I've posted previously, all things considered (in my conjecture at least), IMO our team had a "good feeling" not only about the re-exam but also about the completion date before they entered into my delusional contingency deal (as previously posted). In fact, IMO (also as previously posted), they may have thought it was so imminent that THIS is what caused the PTSC trading restrictions (which, once put in place, could hardly be withdrawn without looking like buffoons).

When? - your guess is as good as anyone's.

JMHOs, and it should be apparent that I've thought this whole thing through pretty thoroughly - with my delusional mind (which managed to get three "th__ough_" words into one sentence! LOL).

And this is where I appreciate the thoughts of others, supportive or not. What am I looking at wrong or missing?

SGE (and the font magically changes back!)
