You are reading my mind today.

You have a point, but it does seem odd that JT made the comment just before the settlement was announced. I like that it supports the over time payment which IMO would probably be a smaller pill for the J's to swallow even though the payout could be larger than a one time fee. I hope I'm right and I'm going to stick with my perception for now.
