Thanks B4. SGE dosn't this also makes sence? Why was Turley silenced after making the we now have 10's of millions comments if it did not refer to the settlement?

Fatwallet good point about "now have" portion of the comment. Perhaps JT was excited about the settlement and slipped with the now part feeling confident in TPL and Moore's ability to defend the patents and figured for all intents and purposes that it was over and a done deal.

I certainly like our chances of the USPTO validating the patents.
