IMO, it evaporated. This probably saves them money - they got the '584 as part of the MMP "package", probably with no direct cost attributed to it alone, and now don't have to waste time/money to coordinate with ARM to exercise the indemnity clause, based on some arbitrary number/value (or value, if discrete, that ARM was not a party to determining). "Don't start a pissin' contest if your stream is weak", especially if that contest could get real expensive, real fast. And the '584 is still "up in the air" - so if the Js did approach ARM, ARM would probably just thumb their noses.
