The point of my post was that the whole amount the J's will be held accountable for has not be announced. We do not have a contract with them. Yes some funds were probably recieved because they were temporarily granted a license. Once the conditions of the MOU are met then a contractual agreement should be made. Since, at this time, we have no contract no funds should be annonced in the 10K. With a successful USPTO exam I think there will be much, much, more to come.
