The whole purpose of granting the license was so they could not be sued for infringment during this period. They obviously need a license or they wouldn't have requested to be granted one. They were only willing to pay for this current period until the validty of the patents are enforced by the USPTO at which time they probably will enter into a contract with us. No contract, no funds need to be recorded.

Everything, as it stands, seems to be temporary.
