Don't you believe that TPL granted a license to allow the J's to use the MMP until the resolution of the settlement is final? IMO the word grant would suggest no payment was made by the J's yet for the license. I need to go back and review some of the old license news releases to determine how it was worded before, but I believe it was always XYZ purchased a licence for the MMP?
