If, in the MOU, there is a condition to be met before a final settlement then I would assume that no significant material event has yet occurred. And since there is a NDA in place perhaps the terms cannot be diclosed.

However, I will say this, In December when the settlement was announced I had drawn the conclusion that the 8k was filed erroneously, that instead of being filed as an "other event", it should benn filed as a "material event". Incidently I got no response from the company in that regard. Now if you think about this since it was filed as an "other event" why the insider trading halt? And since no 8K as a "material event has been filed, why has it been lifted? Perhaps this is why Turley was fired,
