I would think that TPL's attornies would ask for the case to be moved to Eastern Texas, they are most familiar with it (yes?/No/anyone?)

I don't know what their strategy will be. I am told that Preston Reid (now Thelen Reid) was a high powered and high priced Wall St law firm. But I think the topic is worthy of discussion.
