Yes we will continue to get lots and lots of money from the MMP but

as my Smith Barney Broker said, "What does PTSC do?

Their Q didn't give me any guidance and the balance sheet didn't

knock my socks off"............he also said that once he can see financial

future guidance and a great M&A from PTSC............the price will shoot to

the moon..............HIS WORDS.
