Not to be the nay sayer, but the wording of this PR is very interesting. I did not see that the company licensed the portfolia; only that the terms of a patent license was agreeable.

Is this another example of the pending PTO validation?

It is very positive however, that companies are negotiating with us. That fact alone means they are taking us seriously.
