I have a feeling the terms of this licensing is similar to the J-3s. The terms are either contingent on the USPTO rexam or royalty payments. I would think that we would have a lot of sign-ups from the big boys if we were selling licenses contingent upon the USPTO re-exam. Sign-up now and pay when the patent is affirmed(?) Not sure if that makes sense at all. All we can do is speculate - unfortunately the market doesn't like speculation; especially in this economy.
