I did not expect to see another license before the USPTO confirmation. Perhaps companies are concerned that any day the patents could be validated and chances are stacked in TPL/PTSC's favor for patent cofirmation. They know that when that happens TPL will have more power in negotiations and can really start applying the pressure and extract larger fees. You would think that large corporations like Microsoft and IBM would have someone looking at this and jump in sooner than later. What did Leckrone say, the longer companies put off licenscing the MMP just tells them they are willing to pay more later or something to that effect.
