One would think that PTSC could, would and should announce that licensing fees are being collected as one time fees or in payments over time. Shareholders have been led to believe that license fees are one time payments. We should know if this has changed and I dont see how it would effect the NDA by diclosing this information. This alone would launch our SP pretty good one would think.
