Someone correct me if I'm wrong (and I'm sure they will,) but the statement that we were going for one-time pmts was made at a shareholder meeting, in answer to someone's question. At that time I,m sure that was the plan because we and TPL needed a cash infusion. but I hardly believe that was meant to be policy forever, at least I don't think I've ever read anything from the co. that said we were going for one timers forever.
