Yesterday the '584 was moved to "File repository holding area" and today has been moved to "File repository (Franconia)" where the '336 and '148 have been since Apr. 16 & 17.

Does anyone know what the next stages in an ex parte re-examination are up to the final decision? I believe that the last stage is called "Patentability Review Conference" but not sure on that.
