Perhaps it is pivotal to now find one more good board member to fill the remaining open slot, then we might have a 4-3 advantage with Goerner, Schrock, Tredennick + 1, vs. CJ, GF and HF. Then maybe the 3 will step aside in favor of some real contributors.
