Rebecca, please drop this one. I have said that I do not know for a fact whether he is or is not an attorney. I apologize to the board and to Brian for ever commenting on this topic. It now seems that every tiny bit of minutia takes on a life of its own. The course of the discussion from that point on becomes speculation, bashing of personalities, mean-spirited hyperbole and just generally worthless diatribe. Brian may or may not be an attorney. It matters not a whit to me and I was a fool for commenting about a matter about which I am totally ignorant. If you or anyone else is using my comment in the future they are doing so on their own.
