I have been lurking for about 18 months. For the record I have been a PTSC shareholder since 2003.
Two things:
1. Someone made a comment about Ronran not doing anything for us. I beg to differ. While I did not always agreed with him I found his help in understanding the legal process valuable. may I remind people in went to Texas to attend the Markman hearing and reported back to us.
2. I have read references to Brian in the past and was initially pleased that he started posting again. However, I find his refusal to answer certain questions from the shareholders here troubling. He is, afterall, our SHR. Or is he? That's one of the question we will not answer. Until does answer the IMO quite reasonable questions his credibility is in doubt.
I was also thinking that the companys' performance and the share price performance are two vastly different things. For a penny stock it's business is doing nicely, making a profit. Not the spectacular profit so many of us (me included) were expecting/hoping for. But the foundation is certainly well established. The share price is something all together different. Management can be and should be held accountable for the business performance. I do not know how they can control the share price. Buybacks, reverse splits, etc. are options but the so called market rules. And the OTC BB is not a great place to be.
