I appreciate your comments. But think about what you say:
"We have now lost our voice to the board."
A voice that was ignored, apparently, for the most part? What have we really lost? The FACT that he was ignored is very apparent, or Brian would not have any criticism to voice - he would be defending the moves of management as being a party to the decision-making.
And, if you think about it, why do we need a shareholder on the Advisory Board? IMO, the management of PTSC SHOULD ask themselves "and what will our beloved shareholders - the people that own this company - think of the action we're contemplating". WE deserve this consideration at every juncture. And truly effective management would give such consideration without a prompt. It's their friggin' JOB ONE.
I hope people are (finally) getting where I'm coming from in all this.
