Understanding what the poster, you are responding to, is saying imo is important. Knowing the limitations and role of the Shareholder Rep is also important. And saying that you have respect, for whatever reason, for Brian yet support SGE's comments well...they do not mesh, imo. Let's just let this lie and accept my apology for offending.
