The 'bashing party' is not killing our PPS - it is dying all by itself without provocation from anyone here.
It is perfectly natural for shareholders to be frustrated and angry at this point - a combination of intentional misdirection from the BoD and rose-tinted hopes of personal gain led us into this predicament. Whomever we choose to blame for this is a personal decision, but it is always more likely that blame will radiate outwards rather than inwards.
I suspect that much of the frustration and anger is due to the dawning realization that whilst the MMP is solid, and the business model, however unsavory to the market and tech world-at-large, is viable and on-going, the company in which we have all purchased shares has performed neither comptently or ethically with respect to its duty to shareholders. There is little sign of this changing in the near future, and it is apparent that many are preserving their capital before the next PPS-killing 'surprise' arrives.
The drifting PPS has nothing to support it - the credibility of new licence PR's is close to zero regardless of the licencee, and the share repurchase plan has had zero effect (assuming shared have actually been repurchased). The case for the TPL buyout theory is growing with each PR and SEC filing, and if history is anything to go by then John-Q-Retail will get it in the neck once again.
The only people for whom it makes sense to still be in this stock are either those that are still in the green, or those that are so far in the red that capital preservation is a moot point.
