I couldn't agree with you more, and will add that even more than communication, we need TRANSPARENCY! If in fact there are additional monies or contingent non-financial terms associated with the J's settlments, there should be NO reason to not convey that info to the market. That can be done without revealing details.

If there are no additional fees, then PTSC's language used in communications should be clear, and address that the settlements didn't meet expectations and why, just like EVERY OTHER PUBLIC COMPANY DOES, or they shouldn't have used the language that heightened expectations originally.

Secret decoder rings are not available, nor should they be required.
