JV with Intelasys?

If you look at the PRs for Intelasys, they have been quieter longer than PTSC. Could a JV with Intelasys be in the works? Remember Nick Tredennick is a PTSC boardmember and also an advisor at Intelasys and TPL. Also, Goerner's agreement specifically omits a M/A with TPL.

PTSC does have a valuable asset. It is listed as a publically traded company.

Could that 5th board seat be reserved for a Leckrone?
