"Someone(s) is making money by playing the investors"

It's done all the time, but what is bothersome is the question as to whether or not this latest drop to 26 cents was a planned event. If so, who were the helpers?

I learned a long time ago that when someone lies about one thing, they will lie about others. Does anyone else smell something iin the air?
