The line about 400 prospective (i assume "perspective is a spelling mistake) licensees caught my eye. Appears to be MMP related because of the number 400 and the emphasis on japanese language requirements is interesting.

Alliacense is seeking a full-time, bilingual (Japanese) manager with 5+ years of broad experience, skills and knowledge in administration specifically supporting sales and business development teams. The candidate will regularly interact with senior executives as the day-to-day liaison with Japanese clients, providing comprehensive communications and administrative support for our company’s technology licensing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Licensing Communications team (currently 5 members)
• Train and develop team members
• Recruit and hire team members
• Organize team to support customer base
• Assign tasks and check work at frequent intervals
• Meet/maintain schedules with the team
• Manage the coordination of activities with the team
Contribute to the teams daily efforts to maintain daily correspondence for over 400 perspective licensees and coordinate with each handling departments
• Send responses to incoming correspondence, meeting invitations and follow ups for outgoing correspondence by FedEx letters, facsimiles, emails and phone calls
• Distribute Press Releases
• Electronic filing of all correspondence and filing license agreements
• Provide administrative support in Japanese language for International and domestic travel arrangements, customer contact by phone, and occasional translations (written and verbal).
Provide support for Alliacense customer meetings
• Arrange all the meeting activities including planning, scheduling and coordinating attendees and meeting locations.
• Communicate with internal department for all the necessary meeting materials (Product Report, Briefings, etc.) and oversee the day-to-day progress.
• Support Licensing Team for international meetings
• Coordinate and make arrangements with each interpreter.
• Arrange internal meetings and create documents for reports.
