Wether it was the J's or TPL that requested the confidentiality clause, I am not surprized that the settlement was not revealed in the quarterly report.

I certainly was surprized at the time it was released. But have considered the fact that the numbers were hidden for a reason. Why go through such great legnths to hide the numbers/information if it is only to be released a couple of months later in a quarterly report? No doubt, whichever side requested the clause would make sure the information was never exposed.
